Homebrew I think Smea's freehax is on Pokemon Rumble World and will require Cubic Ninja, or OOT for 1st time

If this was supposed to be a "silent announcement" so that the key game significant for running this wasn't picked up by Nintendo; to avoid it being removed from the store or patched, why are you leaking it here?
It's kind of defeating the efforts to keep this quiet for a good reason.
Becouse Nintendo will NOT remove the game until the exploit is proven or released. They can't remove a game from the eShop only basing on suppositions or rumours spreading on the web.
BUT, at the same time, the suppositions allow users to PREPARE... that IF the suppositions show up to be real, everyone is READY.
So it is not defeating the efforts of Smea to not reveal the game, but helping: I'm profiting on the fact I'm nobody, that I've no reputation, and that what I say could be false... to say something that could be effectively the truth.

And what's better is that if I told the false, nobody will be damaged.

Considering I had no idea of this, I don't think pizzatime did any wrong by posting the information whether it be true or false. Smea himself is the one "leaking" anything from his tweets and we just get to speculate as always. Either way as WiiUBricker said, now I have a free game on sysNAND and there's no harm if it doesn't get used for homebrew.

Also, Smea also posted that it will require a one time install from OoT or CN. This title is not misleading at all.

Why, should I laugh if it turn out it's a game?
I'm not such a jerk.
I don't earn anything if it is a game.
I'm only saying that people have more chances if they download a single free game. And I shown up my motivations to think that PRW is the one.
This is not illogic, I'm not hurting anyone, and many on this thread should take easier.

Just to destroy any hopes and suspicions of Photos with Mario, that game doesn't have save data. No save data = no hacked save injected.

The game is clearly the eshop cubic ninja

I will laugh so hard if it doesn't turn out to be a game. But if it does I pray to sweet baby Jesus it's a kernel exploit

it's gonna be a game or something from eShop for sure , because if it's anything else out of eShop there is no worry about enough time for people to get it

This thread is misleading based on assumption of OP.

Agreed.

Then why would Smea say not to update to the latest firmware?

He said it because at that point it hadn't been tested with 9.9, but it is correct to assume that because he said not to update that the exploit wouldn't require anything from eshop.
OP has taken some of Smea's more troll worthy tweets out of context and jumped to a massive conclusion... it could be PRW, but it's more likely it isn't.

Not really misleading at all:

I understand your point. However, OP sounds like he makes a statement of fact, which was misleading.

https://twitter.com/smealum/status/626583407422668801

In this conversation, Smealum said something like updating to 9.9 might not be required. That' kind of hint may/may not confirm any Eshop download (for >9.2 &<9.9 3DS & 2DS, they can't access to Eshop download without first update to 9.9).

Well, the opening statement of "I think" shows it's opinion. I don't mean to grammar police, but a lot of people are saying it's misleading when really it's speculation, like everything else on GBAtemp! :P

It's not just the title. If you read the OP post, he encouraged people from 9.3-9.8 to update 9.9.

I see your point now, but I don't see any harm in it if you're on FW >9.2. Ninjhax 2.0 runs on 9.9 same with the new one he's churning up. Nintendo is only as good at stopping vulnerabilities the hackers are able to crack, and they (like other major organizations) don't know to patch something until it's made public.

Microsoft just patched a vulnerability that could cause remote control if your computer went to a certain webpage with a particular font package. It was available for most OS's dating to XP, but wasn't made public until recently.
Same with most networking companies and the Heartbleed and Shellshock vulnerabilities. Available for a long while but not patched until they were made public.
