I doubt a couple old PSP and PS1 games will make someone run out and buy a Vita. It's more of a goodwill thing for existing Vita owners.

I think your definition of "bribing" is a bit off.

EDIT: For the free games, I'll get them all just in case I ever care to try them but I'll probably only give Patapon a serious try. I tried the first two on the PSP a few times but could never get into it. Might give Wild Arms a shot too if I'm really bored.

For the sales, maybe UMvC3 but it's annoying as fuck with a 4GB card. I basically have to shuffle around one game purchase constantly. Right now it's on PASBR (I deleted Gravity Rush because I just got bored of it). If not UMvC3 because of its price I'll do Sine Mora.

To celebrate the Vita's anniversary, Sony give out free games. Yet the games are PSP and PSX games. That's cuz the Vita has no gaems to give away.

Own Patchwork Heroes from an old sale.

No interest in the other 2. Especially Patapon. I hate rhythm games.

But free games are free games, so I don't have a reason to really complain about them.

The sales, though..... on those with retail versions I can probably do far better than 30%. (Or even the 50% if I had bothered keeping PS+)

Although UMvC3's original price is apparently $28 so w/ PS+ membership it should be $14, not $20.

Whoa, that's awesome I'd be super happy, if I had a Vita! Free games are free games, and Patapon and Wild Arms aren't bad either (don't know the other two). You'd never see for example Nintendo giving away free recent games due to some anniversary

I just had a look, they aren't free on the PS3 store so it must be a Vita exclusive deal.

i purchased sine mora vita 2 days ago, and i coincidentally spend a $50 card yesterday when they put the banners and still dont have my $10 free dolars

The $10 bonuses come in April after the promotion ends. Probably so people don't just blow all their free cash on cheap sales. Kinda ruins the point of a sale if people are basically getting the games for free. Sales are mean to sell more software at a lower price.

Yeah, I just looked again and the games appear on your downloads list on the PS3 store. But you just can't "buy" the free games on the PS3, you have to get them on the Vita store.
