It's kind of funny that the ones who received the game, (editors, tournament winner etc.) didn't even mention the game having an update.Wikipedia now says the update will be bundled with Kid Icarus

With respect Shadow Soldier, what part of "you (ambassadors) are getting the games free while everyone else has to pay" don't you get? Regardless of whether other people get them or not, you got arguably $100 of free DLC in compensation that the rest of us have to pay for. I find it insane just how butthurt some ambassadors are being over the concept. Ambassadors are basically asking later adopters to be punished for something that was not their fault, and they had no control over. I think ALL Gameboy and Gameboy Advance games should be released to the eshop, if only for the sake of having the complete Nintendo handheld library on one handheld (something we have not officially had since after the DSLite).
Nintendo promised that the GBA games would be exclusive to Ambassadors. It's not the ambassador's fault that the later adopters didn't buy the console early.
According to Wikipedia, Abraham Lincoln said that...Wikipedia, where everything is true, even when just made up.
I still think it's "racism" against people that actually have to save money for a long time to afford one.Wow guys, congratulations on giving me time to reply before saying "he believes his rights are infringed upon". Congratulations on proving to me that I can't take time away from the forums before someone jumps to assumptions.
I don't want GBA games that the Ambassadors got to show up on the shop at least until years down the road. I mean if we're all getting the same frickin thing, there's really nothing special to differentiate them. Sure we get them for free, but put that to the side. There won't be a "omg you're an ambassador?!?!?!?!11?!1!" type thing to show off. We get a certificate. Whoop-dee-fucking-doo. But if someone buys the GBA games that are supposed to be for ambassadors, what is there to show off? Sure it sounds like a stupid argument to you guys, but for someone like me, and others out in the world, this is a big thing for collectors-wise.

You payed $80 extra to buy your system before the price drop. if the combined total value fo your compensation games works out to $80... Where's the problem again? This was never about having something to show off. It was making sure people didn't feel ripped off for being early adopters.Wow guys, congratulations on giving me time to reply before saying "he believes his rights are infringed upon". Cool beans bro. And I still think it's an injustice to us ambassadors.

It sounds cool, I guess. I'm not ridiculously excited, but then again, I haven't done much research as to what makes the Nintendo network different from the online capability already present in 3DS games. I suppose it'll streamline them sorta like XBox Live or PSN, so that's cool, right? Maybe add some sort of trophy/achievement-like feature? The DLC for games is really cool, tooIs anyone else really excited about this update? I feel like I'm overly excited for that Nintendo Network.
