Hacking Zelda PH cheats with AKAIO

Has anyone successfully used the Legend of Zelda : Phantom Hourglass cheats with AKAIO 1.1r2?

I just tried it with 1.1 and they do work. I am unable to test+verify r2 because I own an RPG.

Finally got it to work. Got to do with my confusion in the cheat system.

Using the cheats seems to slow the game down though. Do you have this problem?

Slow downs by cheats shouldn't occur as much in the next AKAIO as I've put backup the new cheat engine which is much more optimized, and fixed some bugs that the new engine had so hopefully there shouldn't be much compatibilities problems between the old and new engines if there is well i guess i'll have to fix them
