Gaming Zelda: OoT 3D Master Quest- Forest Temple problem.

I've progressed till I'm at the end of the dungeon.
I got some stuff like the Biggoron's Sword, Megaton Hammer, Double Magic Meter, etc. because I thought it would be nice to have those from the beginning.
Completed Fire Temple till Megaton Hammer.
Got 11 Hearts from all those PoH.
I pressed the switch that was supposed to open the gate to the boss room.
When I checked it, it was still closed.
Is there anything wrong?
Is it wrong to get stuff earlier than I'm supposed to?
or, Is there something wrong in my cart or save file that I'm supposed to erase it and start all over?

HELP?

I thought you can only get Biggorons sword after beating fire temple.

Anyways, you need to think hard and keep looking, its impossible to make a dungeon force an erase.

Did you get the dungeon boss key?

Yes. The Grill/Grate thing is not opening.
I do have all the stuff from the dungeon, rotated it a lot of times, now I'm confused.

When you rotate the basement room so that the boss gate/corridor is visible, there is another room available, behind bars. You have to rotate the main room some times to access a switch which will raise the bars in this second room. Then, rotate the main room again so you can see the boss corridor again. Go to the room in the opposite direction, the one that had the bars opened, enter it, and press the first person view mode button to look around. There is an eye switch here, just like the one that lowered the well water level, and this switch will open your way to the boss.

Lol when you move the basement wall, and a room is revealed, one room in particular looks like it's completely empty, go inside it, turned around, and look up.
