Gaming Yu-Gi-Oh!: Nightmare Troubadour cheat help

So i was using the cheats for Yu-Gi-Oh!: Nightmare Troubadour from the cheat database, and noticed that the "All Cards" cheat actually gives you MOST of the cards, not all of them. Can someone fix this?
And is there a cheat to bypass the Forbidden/Limited list?
