Whenever i try to enable a cheat, or have it ticked, the game stays at the white screen, could anyone help me? lol... i know if i tick if off, it works.

Bumping since I also have this same issue.
R4 with YSMENU installed. Using newest USRCHEAT.DAT (as of 26 Sept 2009 from cheats.gbatemp.net) in X:/TTMENU.
Game freezes to white screen on load if cheats are enabled even if no individual cheats are on. Turning cheats off will allow game to run.
