tutorials always get out of date pretty quickly, and not just because of that. There're some youtubers like YakaraColombia that always modify the files to display his name and to call the action of "hacking" to "yakarear", the problem is when he uploads something that could (and did) brick some consoles: in january of 2017 he uploaded his files to install ARM9LoaderHax via Soundhax, but in the process, he uploaded his "otp.bin" form his console, and when trying to follow the
tutorial, the 3DS bricked because the "otp.bin" wasn't from the console you wanted to hack, and like 1000 3DS got bricked because of it.
So... yeah, if that happened to one "mayor" hacking youtuber, imagine what could happen with any other.
