ROM Hack Youtube app has no romfs?

So... I dumped the Youtube app (the one from the eshop) using BrainDump. Mostly out of curiosity, but anyway, when I decrypted the cxi, I only got an exefs and no romfs. Did something go wrong during extracting or does the youtube app work different than other apps/games in the eshop?

There's just static.crr, static.crs and 4 cro files. There's nothing else to it.

There's no resources because it's basically a glorified web browser.

Well one of the reasons I wanted to decrypt it was to redirect it to Google as a homepage. Is that possible?
