A pokken remake i would love that

A remake would be better than the original game as the original Pokkén fighting system used rock/paper/scissor than a proper fighting system which would allow players to actually battle without limits.

2.5D + 3D, Pokémon characters and a faithful copy of Tekken's fighting engine (disappointingly Pokkén isn't identical).

ff6 remake would be fun, if we're talking about the remake train. And ff7 remake to be ported to the switch.

continuing series, I would love a new chrono trigger, or a new [actual] metroid game.

New IPs, I'd like to see some more games like "bravely default", or a story-driven, unnerving "silent hill 2" type puzzle games.

Most of you guys only want remakes or remasters. The Nintendo Switch is supposed to be for new games, one or two remakes/remasters? Sure why not, but don't overload it with only that.

It was a bit more of a simple port but overall, since the Wii was just a "Slim GameCube" it was pretty much an Expansion Pack/DLC for Mario Smash Football. Unfortunately, the Wii version was limited to the Wiimote which wasn't a good idea as a wired controller (GameCube) couldn't be used.

I'm not understanding. It was not a port/remake/rehash of the GameCube game in any way. Are you confusing this with the New Play Control Mario Power Tennis?

The Wii was basically a slightly more powerful GameCube so it was an upgraded version of the game with new features and such. And no, not confusing with Mario Power Tennis Wii version although that's a good aspect to bring up.

I do hope for original content, but these games are just my wish.
Some of these games are my favorites, and I'd love to be able to have all of them on one console, especially the Switch

Besides all the first-party titles. I'd like what other consoles particularly the multi-platform games what they're having plus all indie games. That'd be the ultimate dream. The more, the merrier. haha.

Although, having Monster Hunter and Metroid would be an instant buy for a Switch for me. I still have the Wii U to enjoy Splatoon, Mario Kart 8, and the upcoming Breath of the Wild. I'll definitely get the Switch once promising games starts to show up. We'll get there soon. I hope.

I added one that I had thought of the other day, but had forgotten when making my list earlier. I've since added it, but I'll point it out alone as well as I do think its a good idea that I'd love to see, though its probably pretty unlikely:
