Several people have reported that inserting or removing memory card is difficult for the first few times. Then the memory slot loosens up and inserting and removing the memory card is easier.

Yeah, just give it some time and everything will fix itself.

yea like the other two have said it'll loosen up later, when i got my cyclo it was the biggest pain trying to remove the microsd card but after about a day i was able to take it out with out much difficulty

Its a cool as product! Definately a good quality built card... all my friends have em. Do many use the wifi?
