Gaming Yakuza 5 Trophy Error

I've been googling this but have been unsuccessful in finding a solution to this. I followed these instructions to a tee from the site I got it from

1. Download all file
2. Move all “PKG file” on one folder with “rejoin_pkg.bat” join => file to
3. Download “PKG viewer” Link Download
4. Use “PKG view” to extract “files PKG” to “External HDD”
5. Move all file after extract (USBDIR, Manual, TROPDIR, Icon0.png, param.sfo,…) to External HDD/GAMEI/NPUB31658.
6. Copy 4.21 FIX Pkg to ROOT của “External HDD”

7. In the PS3 running MULTIMAN => Choose any game (Ex: here you select Yakuza 4 External HDD) => Cick “Game Setting” => “Ext Game Data” => “Run Game”

8. This time in the “XMB”, you will see “Icon Yakuza 4” => “do not choose” => run up on select “install package” install the “fix pkg 4.21”

9. This time, you can see the “Icon Yakuza 5″, click and play, have fun :”))

But I get "there has been a problem with the trophies. (8002291b)" and the game freezes.

Same around here. I bought a Japanese copy and I haven't found a english patch so I downloaded a backup and I have this problem, It seems i will never be able to play this game.
