you need the romfs decompiler (a.k.a romfs extractor), not garctool... Garc are Garc and romfs are romfs, 2 different thing, 2 different tool

I don't think, but you can use already in game model and modify like them like crazy, like this:

Whoa, that's pretty cool! Would it be possible then to modify an in game character and make it look like a character from another anime? I saw a video a while ago where someone was playing ORAS as Vegeta from DBZ and I've always wanted to do that.

Haha sadly the only thing I've done was a texture hack for Smash bros, but I do at least want to try.

Found it, It was OW model of XY (strangely, a/0/2/1 like ORAS) and Battle model of all trainer (a/1/5/0) let try to swap now XD

I don't think it available to the public
