ROM Hack [XY/ORAS] Increase Shiny Chance?

Does anyone know where and how I can increase the shiny chance in my X-, Y-, OR- and AS-Romhacks? Thanks for all experts who wanna help

Here's one way to increase shiny chances in your romhacks. It's called playing fair and chain fishing.

I have been playing since gen2, 3, and the gold and silver reamkes. I have never seen a shiny pokemon in the wild.

If its a 3DS pokemon game, there isnt a real way yet, unless you have a gateway. Im not even sure if there are cheats readily available for pokemon 3DS yet.
