Hacking xmenu.dat DS Fire Card

He guys,

When I formatted my fire card I removed my xmenu. The site where you could download a xmenu is gone. So now I can't use mij Fire Card with out an xmenu. Does anyone know where I can download the xmenu, or maybe someone can copy there xmenu and mail it to me.
