Is it possible to install xenoblade chronicles (not X) using wupinstaller?
    I have haxchii.
I'm confused as to how to install eshop and vc games tbh, should I just use loadiine for this?

Maybe I'm just over thinking this but wupinstaller is going to spit me a ticket error right?
I need to fakesign the ticket or something first? I'm pretty confused if you couldn't tell lol.
I'm downloading from nus now so I guess I'll just see what happens and go from there unless someone could point me in the right direction, I'd search for it if I knew what it was I was searching for.

I recommend you to use wup installer mod y.
Install the wii VC on the sysnand, with a CFW (like Mocha CFW).
You will have to boot each time on the CFW to launch the wii VC game.

Other method is to buy the game from the eShop, but yeah, 20€.... Nintendo is going too far XD...

;) tbh if I gave Nintendo 20€ for every game me or my kids play for 10mins then never touch again I'd be an even bigger idiot than I currently am, this one's for me but the point is if I can figure this out I can chuck a load of '10 minute wonders' on for the little ones.

When you say CFW (mocha etc) does this mean just booting Haxchii will not be sufficient? What I mean is is Sigpatches enough or do I need more bells and whistles, I need to keep things as safe and minimalistic as possible as tiny hands love to move things around/stick in folders/delete/eat/hold buttons down etc, basically anything they're not sposed to do lol

Ok I think I only need Haxchii Direct to sigpatch so I wont need a fw.img or anything like that so I'm about to try..

Buy Yoshi vc and install to nand.
    Run hbl.1.4
    Install haxchii direct.
    Exit to menu.
    Cold boot wii U.
    Run haxchi direct.
    Run hbl.1.4
    Run wupinstallerYmod.
    Install xenoblade.
Install hbc.2.1 (may as well while I'm here).
Power off and cold boot wiiU (just to make sure)
    Run Haxchii.
    Play xenoblade....

Lets see how this goes...didn't work lol, wup gave an error, I exited out ran Haxchii which froze on black screen. I cold booted, ran haxchii which worked this time and installed hbc fine this time.

    Edited in all working steps.

haxchi = offline method to launch homebrew launcher, equivalent of using web browser on loadiine.ovh
Run hbl, run Mocha CFW, run hbl without reboot your wii u, run wupinstaller mod y, install xenoblade.
You can power off if you want.
    Run hbl
    Run Mocha CFW
    Play xenobalde

"Run hbl" = use haxchi or web browser to access the homebrew launcher.

Sorry I see where we're getting mixed up, I'm using haxchi Direct which is just sig patching not hbl :)

    So it's
    Run Haxchi Direct.
    Play xenoblade.

Cuts out any hbl+ mocha step;)

Yknow what while Im here, I couldn't actually install Xenoblade Chronicles. I was able to install a bunch of other Wii VC games but WUP Installer didn't like that one I even re-downloaded it twice just to make sure.

Are you running sig-patches before trying to install, I got mine from same source although download's are notoriously dodgy maybe check your file size after you've moved onto sd as well to see if you've lost some bits, also I've had a couple of times where simply cold booting and trying again has worked. Keep at it you'll get it on.
