Hacking ROM Hack Xenoblade chronicles 3 Cheat don't load

Hi

I have a problem with xenoblade 3, it's my only game where the cheat doesn't load even though I've done everything correctly.

atmosphere/content/010074F013262000/cheats/B6BE4A6B83D4F237.txt

Everything is installed correctly, I'm in 2.1.0, but Edizon doesn't load cheats! Please help me, I've tried everything and it's been several days and I still can't solve the problem.

I had the same problem in 2.0.0.

yes the build id of xenoblade 3 2.1.0 is B6BE4A6B83D4F237

Did you install any patches? When I played the game the 60FPS IPS patch disabled cheats altogether.

I have all the patches and dlc I'm currently on the latest version of the game 2.1.0, I don't play in 60 fps I'm on the console not on an emulator.

No cheat code to force 60fps

No other files except cheats , I really can't figure it out, all the cheats on my other games work, only this one does.
