Hello, I tried using the trust modification from the old save editor but it doesn't seem to work. Even on Pura, I change the value to 65353 but the trust level doesn't change. Same when I try on blade 2, blade 3, etc.

I downloaded the latest version of the old save editor. Should I try using an older version? Or do you have a script on 010 to modify trust?

i need 1000 legendary cores, but i dont' want to spend 100h to farm, TC, you save me a lot of times...
It doesn't work for me when I do that. For example, I tried adding accessories using the ID numbers and nothing showed up in game.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

I tried adding 99, not sure if that'll work for you, as it doesn't work for me when I don't first have the item in my inventory. Let me know how it works
I was about to test it, but for whatever reason everytime I press write save “save editor has stopped” pops up and after a couple seconds it asks me if I want to debug or close it. Its worked before so I have no idea what the problem is. Seems like its only on my end as well. I'd really appreciate it if someone could just add like 50 over drive protocols for me real quick

It didn’t work like you said. So I went to a friends house and got the save editor working on his PC. I added enough skillpoints to max out Rexs affinity chart to get an ODP. Then I changed the value from 1 to 50 in the editor and it worked

Out of curiosity, what happens if you change the quantity of an item past its cap?

Like say you have the Deeds and it your cap for an item is 33. If you were to set the value at 99, would it:
- Automatically adjust the amount and force it to the cap when loading the save?
- Or work and the item count would be past the cap until you use enough to make it below the cap?

The second option is how things worked in Xenoblade X with stuff like Miranium, so was wondering if the same thing worked here.

It stays at whatever number you input. And goes down as you use the item.

I was able to push boosters up to 25, im sure it would got 99. So as long as you you use same amount of digits you should be fine

Can either save editors max out the affinity chart for different blades? If so, can you tell me where to go to edit it?

You are saying it will list the higher amount but when you use one it will drop to the original limit
No, if you Set it to 99 of an item it works fine. Once you use one it go down to 98.

Ah, I was thinking it'd work like this. Because this games and a lot of other games don't check if you're past cap and fix itself. All their logic is "You can't add to this number", but they don't have anything to figure out "If you're past this number, fix it".

One notable game that I abused this was Fire Emblem Awakening. I'd give a unit 99x Naga Tears to hold in their inventory, when they're only supposed to be able to carry one at a time. Then after I used up the ones in the Convoy, I'd transfer it to the Convoy.

ya the game only cares how many bytes wide the value is. usually 2-4 bytes wide

I couldn't get the save editor to open my save. Whenever I try to open my save, the editor just forces close itself. What am I doing wrong? Using the latest version btw.

Can you add all costumes from the latest update, if you haven't already, @Type_O_Dev ? And is it possible to add content like the Poppi Buster blade from the Expansion Pass?
