Hacking Question XCI split corrupted (SX 2.2 beta)

hi so i have my fat 32 sd and Dark souls I also have SX 2.2 beta using XCI cutter i split Dark souls into 2 files but putting them on the fat 32 card gives a corruption error is it something I'm doing wrong? do I use a different Program/script? and which one works best
