Hacking Question Xci naming

This question might be premature but i was wondering if anyone knows if xci backups will need a certain name to be recognized in a backup loader i.e. in the wii days a backup needed a certain name to be recognized in their backup loaders
 
Exactly what the person above me has said. It'll use the internal data from the rom file to get the icons and title of the game.
 
Good i hate renaming things

I left my folders the full name of the title but shortened the actual filenames to no longer than like 12-14 characters with no spaces just to make it easier/prevent errors for programs looking for the files. It probably won't matter but I come from a time when long paths and filenames with spaces broke things :P I will probably shorten the file folder names too before dropping them on the SD card.
