Thanks for letting me know, first post updated to add nsz support (untested as I don't have any nsz files). Also I added Nintendo to the search box and enabled the Name box, so if/when you rename a file you can do the name as well.
In the tools folder, hactool updated for saves support. (it's not compiled on windows so no need for msys dll files).
