A computer can emulate most but not all game consoles without the need for handhelds, if you've got the appropriate specs to run the more higher end systems like PS3, Xbox 360, and so forth.

Well I have 4 ram laptop does work emulator smoothly on rap64 emulator and VGBA retroachivemnt

If anything it's one of the best things microsoft ever did for xbox. A one time payment that gives people their own sandbox to do whatever they want for the most part without having to mod the system is great. Gives people less of a reason to hack a console.

I thought dev mode was an annual subscription, no?

I don't like paying it for 20$ for it, like having to play emulator an stuff.

If you make a new Microsoft account, you can buy the dev mode for like a dollar or two, if you set your region to Turkey or Argentina. Then you can log this new account on your Xbox, and have your 1 or 2 dollar dev mode. That's how I got mine for cheap.

If you make a new Microsoft account, you can buy the dev mode for like a dollar or two, if you set your region to Turkey or Argentina. Then you can log this new account on your Xbox, and have your 1 or 2 dollar dev mode. That's how I got mine for cheap.

I know but, I don't have a visa gift card, plus i not making new account I love my main one.

I don't use paypal and plus don't want too visa will work.

It is a one time payment but when you check the status of it it will show up as a subscription.

Just did one and it was free Before it was $19 and you can use it on 3 xboxes so its less than $7 before per xbox - Free99 aint bad!
