Gaming Xbox One Skyrim to PC Skyrim: sync characters?

We already have Skyrim on Xbox One. If we get a PC version, will we be able to pick up where we left off in Xbox One? Share/sync the save file or something like that?
 
No, unfortunately not. Though if you wanted, you can thoroughly manipulate a character on the PC using the built-in developer console. You can adjust your level, items, spells, basically everything. If you really wanted to you could even force game progression, though that might make things wonky if some events are triggered and others aren't.
