Hardware Xbox One S missing component Q5C4

I got a cheap used XBOX ONE S on ebay, the problem is that it has a missing piece, don't know what it is, perhaps anyone has an open XBOX ONE S and could check it for me? Q5C4, the one in the red circle (found this picture online, can't read what it says)

Let's start from the beginning.
How did you realize you were missing that piece?
How are you certain that piece was never there in the first place?
Is your Xbox One S malfunctioning in a way that could be related to that missing piece?
How did you identify the name "Q5C4" ? There does not seem to be any label for it.

Well, there is no piece at all. Somebody tried to repair it, the disc drive doesn't work because of the missing fet, and the label Q5C4 is right next to it.
