Don't know if it's possible but can a Wii be modded to play Xbox games, like could someone port Xeon or Cxbx to a Wii.
And can the Wii's specs actualy load an Xbox game?

@MFDC12: lol I'm not sure, but from what I've heard they've only been able to run two games properly.

And anyway besides how come an Xbox can run PS3 games, could a Wii run PS3 games, or is it just because of the different hardware on an Xbox?

You might as well just continue talking to each other, I'm going outside for a walk (might buy a DSi too)

First off, are you on crack?
Of course the xbox is a computer, the wii is also a computer.
Just because its not a PC does not mean its not a computer.

Secondly, it could be possible.
Given the xbox is 128bit(iirc) max fps would be around 30(which is half).
Same thing goes for the dreamcast.

lol.
A proper N64 or PSX emulator isn't out yet and there hardware is significantly weaker than the wii's
Xbox however has hardware that is almost on par with the wii, so it would be impossible
Yet you also want it to emulate 360/ps3?

It would be possible, but the emulator would have to be damn near perfect.
Most emulators are not perfect, not even close, which is why you need a decently powerful computer to use Dolphin(gc emulator) even though the GC itself it not very powerful.

Why would it be impossible? Anything an Xbox can do a Wii can do too, can't it? Like you said

So yeah there we go then it should be possible, right?

Just because its not a PC does not mean its not a computer.

the xbox was basically built like a pc
have you ever opened one up?

the wii will never emulate the xbox to a playable speed.
729 MHz is how fast broadway runs at vs a 733 mhz intel

You don't understand how much computing power is needed to read and play a game that is not meant for the system. Try running a Gamecube emulator on PC to see what I mean. Hell, even run wii64. Even though the specs are similar, they are not the same, so performance would also be affected there.

Finally, there is the control issue. Some games arn't made for a wii-mote. And using the gamecube controller is also a pain. Xbox games are simply not meant for wii.

LOL what the hell guys..?
How can you even be considering if a XBOX emulator would be possible at Wii..
Seriously.. You need to read up some about emulation & the Specs of both consoles.
