Hacking xbox dev home black screen

please could someone help or advise what to do. i have tried dev mode today (its always worked before) but today it lets me sign into dev mode but black screens in dev home so i cant exit dev mode. i can access settings exc but not dev home menu. the rest of the dash board seems normal. i have reset the console but still the same :/ any help would be greatly appriciated (SOLVED) wiped the console clean lol

I just seen this however if it happens again then you can always log in the device portal, change the sandbox id then restart/shutdown.

(SOLVED) i turned on high contrast in ease of access. and now its turned off again its fine
