Gaming Xbox Controller refuses to charge

One of my xbox controllers wont charge my battery pack. it turns green in 5 seconds after plugging up the charger. using the same charger cable and battery pack in a diff controller, it charges fine. How to fix lol.

If it still works with a charged battery you could always swap them if you dont mind the inconvenience

I sometimes have that as well - I just keep the pack charging on the cable, but it's not a huge issue - I think sometimes it does charge even though it's showing the green light. But since I have 1 third-party rechargeable battery pack and 1 Xbox-branded rechargable battery pack, I think that seems to be an issue (third-party may not work as well). I'm not sure if there is a definite fix, but doesn't really affect me that much. Sorry if I couldn't be more help!
