So, following my blog post about my friend from the army who gave me his old 360 because he was buying a new one, I decided to get it hooked up to live by connecting it to the second ethernet port on my PC mobo, then using Windows 7 to bridge the connection. It works, but before it lets me connect to live I have to "Test Connection" from the 360 every time, or else it won't let me connect.
If it is useful, I do have a static DNS set up for my Minecraft server that I could use for this as well if needed.
