Hacking Wupinstaller issue - returning to home menu when attempting to install

I'm having an issue with wupinstaller when attempting to install some specific channels, specifically Xenoblade Chronicles X and the Homebrew Launcher Channel Version. I attempt to install these using the latest wupinstaller y mod, it shows the Wii U Menu logo screen as it's supposed to, but then just reverts to the home menu rather than beginning the installation process. Strangely, this only happens with some games/channels (namely, the aforementioned). Other stuff installs perfectly fine.

This is using the wupinstaller y mod 1.3 (though I have tried other wupinstaller forks), the latest rpx-supporing HBL, in both sysNAND and redNAND.

What on earth could be causing this, given that it only affects some games/channels and not others?

Sorry to reply to my own post.

Issue is fixed. Seems to be caused by haxchi. Installing the HBL Channel using the browser as an entry point, then loading HBL using the Channel solved the issue.
