Hacking wup installer gx2

i cant download any new games onto wup installer gx2 because when i put any game file on and try to download them it says no installable content found and if i reopen the sd card it has turned into botw

its in E:\install but im confused as when i put the file in and try to install it it turns into botw i have tried to install botw before but it just said no installable content found and merged into one folder

How did you have downloaded the Games and which Format they have please ?

If you mean SD Card:\install ? That would be correct.
How are the Folders named inside please ? The Name should not contain any Special Characters.

there are no special characters and i got the games from wii u usb helper
