Hacking Question would that get my console banned ?

i have old switch sysnand & Emummc on 9.0
i have been playing with pokemon let go ever since it released as a nsp on my emummc, now i want to go legit and play it as a cartridge on my clean stock sysnand, i have the pokeball plus accessories if i transfer my favorite pokemons from the nsp rom to my legit, will i get banned?

by legit u mean its not edited with pkhex or such? right?
my thought was to bring mew from someone save to my nsp then transfer it to the pokeball to bring it to my legit copy, am i gonna get away with that or i will take the ban hammer in the middle of the road?

Checkpoint shouldn't get you baned but loading CFW on the system that's going online always carries the risk of a ban

Im not Nintendo so idk. Personally, I wouldn't risk it.

am not gonna use any cfw on my stock nand, am gonna transfer the pokemon to the pokeball then boot to my stock nand and receive the pokemon in my legit copy of the game

That should be fine as long as you didn't modify the Pokemon and it's a legit catch in the game
