Hacking Wood R4 Problems

Ever since a few days ago, i have been having problems with games that used to play just fine. The World Ends with You would freeze on Joshua's second day when i try to play Tin Pin and Mario Kart DS would freeze when I try to play in Cheep Cheep Beach.
I some how solved TWEWY problem by replacing it with another rom but i just can't fix Mario Kart. Is there anyone else out there that have the same problem or know the solution to this?

Backup your files, format the SD card with the panasonic formatter and put the files back on, kernel first. Looks like file system problems.

Another possibility is that the card doesn't make solid contact. Clean the contacts and if you have to apply the paper trick.
