Hacking Won't let me download DLC?

I recently installed a special edition US undub cia of Fire Emblem Fates, which is working fine. I wanted to get the dlc undubbed as well, and have found and tried downloading 2 files, but whenever I go to the dlc place in game, it just says 'no downloadable content found.' It won't even let me purchase it normally, as whenever i go to the purchase dlc menu, it just says 'check back soon for downloadable content.' or it gives me an error menu. I've tried updating the game and everything and nothing helps. Do you know what I'm doing wrong?

You acquired these DLC from that iso site, yes? (don't name the site)? Can you list the MB size of the cia files?

It might have something to do with the DLC meant for the original release Birthright or Conquest instead of Special Edition (containing the other two with Revelation).

Yes, I did. Both ones I downloaded are 261.78 MB.
That seems likely, do you know where I could find the dlc undub cia file for just the special edition then? I've been looking everywhere all day for a solution with no luck.

I don't believe what you're looking for exists at this moment. The undubbers and translators have not finished the DLC for Special Edition yet.
