ROM Hack WonderCards edit/creator GBA

I'm looking for a way to create or edit a WonderCard of Pokémon F/L/Emerald.
Morfeo has a Gigacode of AR to take the WonderCard.


Someone knows how to edit them or transfer them via Wireless or via friend?
How to edit the text of the wondercards?

I have also found a picture of a rom distribution (Ds Download Play - IntraDS) of the Old Map for Emerald.
