Hacking Wodeflow channel in 4.3 possible

I have a Wode so I can use GC back ups off an HDD.

I can't seem to find anywhere if it's possible to have a channel for Wodeflow with a 4.3 Wii. DOes anyone know if it is, and how to do it if so?
