HANS is for patches, what about the out of region loader that is not HANS? Does that work?

Is it right i have mhx and plugins folder at the root of my sd card?
Ive installed ntr.cia and opened it prior booting my mhx.3ds file
I cant seem to have the green screen flash,
Is there something wrong?

Do you have saveplugin.plg for ntr? If you do delete it, it prevents it from launching mhx

Can the people who have got it running through the region free launcher post what firmware update they are on? So far the only people I have seen confirm it working are on 10.2. Hopefully it works on 9.9 as well, but there are some rumors on reddit that it requires 10.2.

I used new 3ds firmware 10.3.0 with CN.

No. It's because Hans has not enough acces on RAM yet to run this kind of game

I've already posted there seeking help, I was just curious if anyone had an alternative. I've gotten it to boot into RXtools, it just didn't complete successfully.
