Hacking [WIP] KARL3DS - Kernel access on N3DS via Ninjhax + Loadcode

One example is the paused head tracking and the 3D slider switching incorrectly between 2D and 3D when in Gateway or Classic mode.

Apparently they are having the same issue one of you reported about the 3D failing in some odd way.

Gateway's new update is cute, but it doesn't really make a difference to us. Outside of an oot3d port, maybe.

As someone with a lot more knowledge on the matter, do you mind specifying exactly what that means? This sort of thing happened during your development too right? The Tracking on the N3DS will get stuck in one position? And the 3D slider is inverted or straight up random? I'll admit I really enjoy the 3D on the new device so it is a bit of a dealbreaker if it messes up the only reason I went for the new one lol.

Not at all, at least for me. I don't know about you, but I don't have a save dongle, OoT3DS, Gateway, or a hacked 3DS. I'm still eagerly anticipating KARL3DS, and I'm sure other people are, too.

Well I ain't payin $100 for a game and a flashcart just to run a buggy service with several needed items so this is my go to choice for homebrew and emunand!

Not really, it's extremely nice to have options. For pirates this was never really a valid option anyways, and for people who only wants the features of KARL3DS you only need a copy of cubic ninja instead of everything gateway needs. Gateway card + OOT3D + save dongle (whatever that means, prob not cheap either) adds up to quite a bit more than only Cubic Ninja.

Oh great, those who didn't get cubic ninja until now are going to have a really bad time if GW does indeed deliver.

By Save Dongle they meant SaveDataFiler, if you do that with a GW OG3DS then you can inject the save in the cartridge.
But yeah...
For me, without CN or OoT, the wait still continues.

Karl3DS might work with Spider and the other thing, couldn't Gateway use those too?

Not on N3DS. Nothing else works on N3DS other than CN and apparently OoT.
