Windows taskbar not showing anything. Help?

Nothing's showing up on my Windows 10 taskbar
Normal programs work fine
Metro apps, Start, and Cortana don't
Tried killing explorer
Tried restarting
Help?

Solution

I fixed it. The issue was, I was hard rebooting (holding the power button to turn off the PC and then turning it on) to try and fix it. What I did to fix it was I hit Windows key + R and ran shutdown /r. It soft rebooted the PC and fixed my issue.
