Gaming Windows 7 Home Basic Italic font problem!!

HUH...
When i Was doing something my windows 7 hang and when i restart it it looks so awful.
The thing i saw before i restarted is the taskmanager without any written things on it.
Then i restarted it and i got A BOLD font in the taskmanageer and in the popping up stuffs when you insert something
And when i open google chrome i see Italized font, AND WHEN I search using google, THE word i searched is invisible

Where can i download the microsoft fonts?[IN PACK]
cause i think the font is my problem.
