Uhmmm. I'm not the smartest person when it comes to windows. I put in the windows 7 installer and clicked intsall now. It said it "needed device drivers". I just clicked rescan. But no. Anyone know where I can d/l the windows drivers. If the windows drivers are in C:\windows, then do I just browse for a subdirectory because I pointed it to that. Please reply

I had no problems with Windows 7, been using it for a few mon ths. Anything that wanted drivers I just used the Vista drivers.

Windows 7 is way better than Vista.

You can install Vista or Windows 7 from a usb flash drive. It's actually alot quicker then from dvd.
This is a good tutorial. It will work for Vista also. You also need at least a 4gb usb flash drive.

If you need drivers for your computer the best place to start is the manufacturers website. As someone else said Vista drivers should also work on 7. Just make sure you pick the right drivers, it depends if you have 32 or 64bit of windows installed.
