You can reinstall Windows 10 fully(clean system) by creating a USB boot media with one of the computers

I don't know man, this has never happened to me before. So idk what to do to recover your data...

There are a few ways to back up your data as long as you have enough space on your other computers. My favourite way is taking the HDD out of the laptop and connecting it to another computer, either with USB (external) or SATA (internal), then copy everything over.

Failing that, you could run the Windows installer and select "Custom Install", which won't delete anything but it will move your existing Windows, Users and Program Files folders into a Windows.old folder before installing Windows as new. This applies to any version of Windows, although chances are only Windows 10 will be able to activate now (your 8.1 install probably came as an OEM licence which doesn't allow reinstallations).

There are boot recovery methods but I don't know how well they might work when it failed to roll back to Windows 8.1. I recommend a clean install anyway because a clean install tends to fix a lot of problems created by the upgrade process.

how do i do a clean install

Strictly speaking, a "clean" install means wiping your drive clean and installing a new copy of Windows. If you've backed up your data onto another drive/computer, this is the best thing to do.

If you want to keep your data safe without backing up, do a Custom Install. When you run the installer, it gives you two options, Upgrade, and Custom Install. You want the Custom Install. This will not delete anything from your drive (unless you specifically tell it to format your drive).

also if u have kik snapchat or instagram please add me to keep u updated ok?

Yep, the official installer on USB should work fine.

I won't be able to help further because it's nearly midnight for me. However things are pretty straightforward. Also you can still post here and people may see and try to help. Remember that this part of the forum is not nearly as active as the 3DS section so you may need to wait several hours to a couple days to get responses. Also double posting is not allowed in the forum rules. Always be patient and people will be more willing to help.

Also there are plenty of resources on google and YouTube to help you with installations.

ok I'm in the bios and I plugged my use what should I do

In BIOS, change the boot order so it loads USB first before any drives. Then save and restart and it will boot from the USB.

Edit: I just saw the third thread about this.... Yeah, that's the end of my help. Google is your friend, there are plenty of guides on the Internet and YouTube for doing this.
