Gaming winamp giving me an error msg

So, whenever I open winamp, i get that error message. it's been happening for like a month now, but i just used to ignore it and press cancel, and winamp would open up and work normally a few seconds after pressing cancel.

but just now, i opened up winamp, and it appeared, i pressed, cancel, then it opened up again, pressed cancel, and again and again for like 8 times, and then winamp opened up.

so, is there something wrong going on here?
