i just dont understand why it isnt working in my case?!
it says just cannot connect, nothing else.
ive opened the ports in my router, i switched off the firewall and ive tested manually and auto connect but NOTHINGs working!

And as long as I'm here, I might as well help.

Your software firewall DOES stop this - you need to allow the DS ip or allow the correct port through.

Also check you don't accidentally have two firewalls.

Also, redirecting the port in your router DISABLES it, if both your DS and the computer are behind the same router. You need to use your INTERNAL IP's in everything - most routers have NAT which can block it if you use an external IP.

Mine gets stuck on "Waiting..."

Win2DS connects fine to my computer, I've typed in the IP of my computer that is assigned by my router, turned of encryption and have shut down my firewall.

Is there anything I'm missing?

On a side note, DS games and homebrew connects fine to my WiFi

I tried hobro, and it froze when "auto configuring".
I'm using a dynamic ip. I'll change it to static and see what I get

Mmm anyone know how you can change the sensativiy of the game pad?

ur probably just entering the wrong ip.

it's the ip address if your pc on the network ie: something like: 192.168.0.XXX

not ur internet ip.

I know, and it's _________
But it doesn't work

Dude!! AHEM ERASE IT!! ... Heard of hackers?

LMAO
If they hack that IP
They probably are hacking a pc in there own network lol
That's my local ip nobody can do anything with that
Even if i'm posting my actual ip, i have a firewall and no ports forwarded
And if they want to hack me there first must be an virus for it on my pc, which need an forwarded port
