Hacking Will uLoader work if..

..I update my current 4.2U Wii? I wanted to get on the WiiWare, but it asks for an update, my current firmware is 4.2U, is it a 4.3U upgrade? Or is it just a minor bug fix update? Will I be able to play copy games with uLoader if I update?

EDIT: Oh an off-board question, sorry:-
"My Original Wii Sports game worked only once, now if I try to boot it up I get the Disc Cannot Be Read Error, CD is clean...what could be the problem?"

it most likely is a 4.3 update, so stay away from updating for now.
