Hacking Will Savemiifrii work ?

Hi

I tried to upgrade the firmware from 3.4E to 4 on a using wan's firmware upgrader on twilight hacked wii. It when through most of the installt then just black screened. Now when powering on the console i get just a black screen no health warning etc, it acceptes and ejects disk fine. I did not back up nand or priloader so theres no option there.

If i aquire a GC controllor do you think i would be able to use savemiifrii ?

according to this, you've got yourself a low level failure. either your boot1, boot2 or NAND is corrupted. i'm guessing your boot2 or NAND was corrupted at some point during the upgrade. savemiifrii should work with a game that has SM4.1 or 4.2 updates.

there's a thread here about some autoboot brick fixing discs you could try Brick Fixing Discs

if you have SSBB or Indinana Jones you could use the exploits for them after autobooting to get homebrew running.

Cheers Deadly, Is there a guide on how to install the INFECTUS for wii anywere ? Once its fitted and worked can it be removed and used on other machines ? Or will it have to stay in ?
