hi I recently totaled my wii and it is a low level brick so it turns on but no video just utter blackness I was thinking of buying a drive key over the internet or possibly buying a broken wii over ebay and swapping the boards

any ideas are appreciated,

Whut? You have a semi brick?
Do you have BootMii as boot2?
If you do, just get the files of which you installed homebrew on, and then bootmii will load up.
If you has a NAND backup that is (: lol
