Hacking Will a System Transfer Update Firmware

Got two wii u consoles, one is hacked but accidentally got updated to 5.5.2 - I used the browser exploit so I don't have haxchi.

All my save files are on this wii u (with 5.5.2) and I'd like to transfer them to my other wii u (which is on 5.5.1).

Will a system transfer update my other wii u from 5.5.1 to 5.5.2?

I'm pretty sure it will ask you to update the 5.5.1 Console. Though can't say for certain. The 3DS does require the system software to be the same on both units.
