Strong Bad Episode 2 has not been dumped yet.

heard it was but i guess not.

Maybe those great scene groups like WWR will release it.

Again no, if it was then someone would make a post here in this thread. If there is no info about it then assume it's not dumped. The game is crap anyways so if you care so much as to make an account here and dedicate your only 2 posts to asking that same question, then go buy it and dump it yourself for everybody.

Is there a true PAL release of SBCG4AP Episode 1? I've downloaded two different PAL releases and they've both been NTSC patched.

I don't think there is, the supposed PAL release by WWR(Strong.Bad.Episode.1.PAL.Wiiware.Wii-WWR) was just the stolen NTSC personal dump release that they labeled as PAL.

Another question: How does the DLC work with .wad files? Does each downloaded extra patch the game, making the .wad slightly different each time?

I can't remember exactly if when you download content if it just gets patched quickly or if your console just downloads a new version of the wad altogether. Either way if you look at the FFCCMLAAK dumps, the wads with dlc are slightly larger than the original.
