I read that somewhere as well. Another game is Star Soldier R (J). I think some NTSC games, even when region-freed, just aren't compatible with PAL Wiis. if your on about FFCCMLAAK (which im presuming you are) then you can tell because all the dungeons are unlocked when you go to set a behest.
