Just the same for me.
I installed the wad by wad manager 1.7.
The Channel is there but my wii reboot after trying to launch this wiiware from his channel..

So I tried with uloader 5.1 with a 1gb usb pen and "fast racing league" works fine.
I don't know why it doesn't work as a channel.. all the other wads I installed with wad manager are correctly displayed in the wii menu and work fine.. just this one needs uloader..

Ok, but the game is pal, just like the wii..

PS: by the way, how do I change a wiiware in wad format, from ntsc us to pal??
